The cut-out circular areas are used by the manufacturer as a base for a fire bowl.

Der Brennholzsammler für den Innen- und Außenbereich ist durch seine Sandwich-Bauweise zerlegbar auf eine Mindestgröße und daher ideal für den Versandhandel. Die ausgeschnittenen Kreisflächen werden vom Hersteller als Standfuß für eine Feuerschale weiter verwendet.
