The medical device immerda serves the premature born child and its parents. It protects the inside of the incubator, in which the child gets treated the first months, from noise, through "antiphase" soundwaves. The mother wears a sound pickup device at her belly to broadcast her inner acustic atmosphere and makes it for the preemie hearable and tangible through a special gel-matrass.
This acustic exchange empowers the emotional relationship, which otherwise gets interrupted, and supports the important cognitive development of the growing child.

Das medizinische Gerät immerda dient dem frühgeborenen Kind und seinen Eltern. Es schirmt das Innere des Inkubators, in dem sich das Frühchen in den ersten Monaten aufhalten muss, mittels "Antischallwellen" von Umgebungsgeräuschen ab. Die Mutter trägt ein Tonabnahmegerät am Bauch, welches den akustischen Raum im Mutterleib überträgt und für das Frühchen hörbar und durch spezielle Gelmatratzen fühlbar macht.
